Header Text: Must be related to your site content. (60 Char Max)
Username: Will be same as folder name above.
Password: 5-10 Alphanumeric characters Only.
Confirm: 5-10 Alphanumeric characters Only.
*Other options will be editable from within your members area when you have been approved.

You will be able to modify most of these things and the other options (depending on your membership level) from within your member account.
